Returns and Refunds / Warranty Policy
By purchasing from AirDogLiftPumps.com LLC (Hereinafter referred to as “ADLP”) you agree to our returns policy, terms, and conditions.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do everything possible to make your return or warranty issue an easy process. Sometimes mistakes happen and we understand this.
Most new, unopened items may be exchanged for the correct product within 30 days of delivery at the discretion of ADLP for no cost to the customer if ADLP is at fault.
There will be a 10% restocking fee for new, unopened items where the customer wants to return the product without an exchange. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Products must be returned within 30 days of the original shipment.
There are no returns on any product after 30 days from date of original shipment.
Items that do not qualify for returns:
* Custom made and special order items, unless ADLP is at fault
* Products that have been shipped more than 30 days ago
* Installed items
* Modified items (items that have been altered in any way)
* Product is deemed not re-sellable by ADLP due to customer’s actions
If there is a defect with the item it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the manufacturer directly as soon as possible and they will work with you on the best possible solution.

ADLP is not responsible for labor costs, or damages incurred for installation of products or software. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all product(s) received from ADLP is correct before attempting to install.
To Return an Item
If you need to return an item, simply email us at CustomerCare@AirDogLiftPumps.com. We will work to expedite the process and inform you of any requirements that need to be considered.
Written authorization must be given before an item can be returned. An ADLP representative will email you an RMA form that will include the return address. You must include this form with your return. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the box.
If the reason for return is not valid, the item is not as described, or the returned items are not in re-saleable condition, no credit will be issued. The returned item(s) will be held for 14 days to resolve the issue. If after 14 days there is no contact from the customer the item is forfeited to ADLP.
Non-defective products will only be accepted in resalable condition with all original packaging.
If an item is returned, and determined by ADLP to not be defective, standard restocking fees apply.
Special orders, clearance/final sale items, and discontinued items are not eligible for return. There may also be other items ADLP will not allow customers to return, at ADLP’s discretion.
After a refund has been approved customers should expect to receive refunds within four weeks of return shipment pickup date; however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for ADLP to receive returns from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process returns once we receive them (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes customer’s bank to process refund requests (up to 1 billing cycle).
Back Order and Substitutions
Out of stock items will automatically be added to the backorder list. Customers will be notified via email with the estimated ship date. Dates given are estimated and are subject to change without notice. The rest of the order will ship unless otherwise requested.
Substitutions may be available for backordered or discontinued items. Substitutions will not be shipped without customer’s approval.
ADLP assumes no responsibility for stock shortages or manufacturer discontinuations.
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not shipped. Cancellation requests need to be received and approved by an authorized ADLP representative.
Returns & Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are not refundable unless an error was made by a representative of ADLP. ADLP will not refund shipping for an error by the carrier.
Return shipping will be the responsibility of you, the customer, unless an error occurred which is the responsibility of ADLP or one of our suppliers. Defective merchandise must be returned via standard ground in order to be credited.
Shipping on replacement product may be charged to the customer depending on the reason for the return.
Items Damaged in Transit
Orders must be inspected for shipping damage prior to acceptance of the shipment. Please save all packaging – it must be available for inspection by the carrier. Items damaged in transit must be reported to ADLP within 3 business days of delivery. Photos must be emailed to CustomerCare@AirDogLiftPumps.com along with your name, Invoice No., and your contact information.
No damage claims will be accepted for any reason after 10 days of receipt of goods.
For any packages lost by the carrier the customer MUST contact ADLP about the issue. A representative of ADLP will contact the carrier and open an investigation. Investigations can take anywhere from eight days to one month. ADLP will stay in contact until the issue is resolve.
