What shipping companies do you use?

ADLP uses FedEx as our primary carrier.  We will do our best to accommodate other carriers should you require it (UPS or USPS). This may negate the free 2-Day shipping agreement or require additional payment.

Do you offer free delivery on all of your products?

To view the ADLP shipping policies click here.  Free 2-Day delivery is valid only for lift pumps in the contiguous 48 states ($49 flat rate AK and HI). Orders $50 and above qualify for free ground shipping (US only, excludes AK & HI).  Orders under $50 will have a predetermined flat rate charge for ground shipping (US Only).  All shipments to Canada will be shipped via FedEx and rates will be calculated on the Cart checkout page after entering your shipping address.

I placed an order on Friday for next day delivery, why did I not get it until Tuesday?

Our cut off point is 3pm mountain time, Monday to Friday. Any order placed after 3pm will be processed on the next business day. We currently do not deliver on weekends.

I just placed an order so why have I not received an email confirmation yet?

Please be aware an automated email is sent to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including you junk as it will come from a “noreply” email address. To ensure emails reach you, please add the domain airdogliftpumps.com to your safe sender list.

Do you offer in store pick-up?

Yes you can pick up your order at our store if that product is in stock.  Please Contact Us or use the live chat to confirm that we have it on the shelf, and that you plan on picking it up locally.

Do you offer weekend deliveries?

No, we do not offer it on the website, but you can contact us to see if that service may be available for the particular part you want to order. Additional charges may apply.

Are you open on the weekend?

Our office is closed on the weekend and some holidays, but you may still order online, and your order will be processed on the next business day. Our store hours are Monday thru Friday 8am to 6pm MST.

Can I track my item?

Yes. You will be sent a confirmation email shortly after your order has been processed. Another email will follow once the order has been shipped that will contain your tracking number. If there is problem with your delivery address or order you will be contacted by a member of our team.

Can someone else sign for my delivery?

ADLP does not send packages signature required unless you request it.  Any adult present at the shipping location is able to sign for the package.

Do you deliver to a PO Box?

No.  Unfortunately our primary carrier (FedEx) will not deliver to a PO Box. We will do our best to accommodate a delivery to a PO Box using USPS, however that will negate the free 2 day shipping and may require additional charges. Please feel free to Contact Us or use the live chat for additional questions.

Do I have to pay Customs & import charges if I live outside of the US?

Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.

This is my first time to your site, how do I place an order?

At ADLP we go to great lengths to ensure your shopping experience is as easy and secure as possible.
Firstly you need to know your vehicle information: make, model, engine, and year. You can then search for the product by using the multiple menus on our home page. You can search by vehicle make, pump type, and engine type. You can also search all products at once.
Once you have narrowed down your selection, choose the product you want to purchase and click add to cart. Once the item is in the cart you can enter all the requested information and continue thru the checkout process. If you get stuck or have any questions you can use our live chat function, or you can contact us to send an email.

Is it safe to order online?

Yes, we use the latest in online security and encryption to protect your details. Potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure server. This information is authenticated to ensure it only gets sent to this secure server and is checked to make sure it has not been tampered with during transfer.
Security checks and fraud protection are also made on all transactions, to ensure the authenticity of each card payment.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We currently accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal.

What currencies can I use?

We only accept the American Dollar $.

Can I use a different payment method?

Yes. You can use PayPal to pay for goods. We do not accept business or personal checks. If there is another payment we do not have listed, please contact us or use our live chat function.

When will my card be charged for my order?

Due to the nature of our payments system, the full cost of the order will be charged to the card as soon as it is placed.

What is the right size pump for my application?

We have multiple ways of looking up which product works for your needs and application. We do our best to provide our customers with as much information as possible to make an informed decision.

AirDog and AirDog II-4G 100gph units are recommended for up to 500hp. The 150gph and 165gph units are recommended for anything up to 1000hp. The AirDog II-4G 200gph unit is recommended for anything that exceeds 1000hp.

Do the Lift Pumps come with all the necessary hardware to install it on my vehicle.

Yes, all the AirDog Lift Pumps, with the exception of the universal pumps, come as complete kits specific to your vehicle’s application. The Universal Lift Pumps come with just the pump. AirDog Lift Pumps also come with detailed instructions and a warranty registration card.

What kits will require dropping the tank or installing a suction tube?

All AirDog 150, AirDog II 200 Systems and AirDog II 165 Dodge Systems. Any truck that is equipped with an in tank fuel pump will require a suction tube or module upgrade kit.

What is the difference between a Factory Replacement Raptor Pump (FRRP) 100 and Factory Replacement Raptor Pump (FRRP) 150?

The Factory Replacement Raptor Pump is a direct replacement for VP44 Dodge pick-up trucks (1998.5-2002). All FRRP lift pumps use some OEM parts. The FRRP100 supports up to 500 horsepower, provides flow rates of 100gph, and includes new fittings and fuel line from the lift pump to the injection pump. The FRRP150 supports up to 800 HP with the big line kit and fittings to provide a higher volume of fuel to the injection pump.

What is the difference between the AirDog 100 and AirDog 150?

As far as looks go, there are no differences. The lift pumps are the exact same size. The AirDog 100 is a 2000 r.p.m. motor and has a flow rate of 100 gallons per hour. The AirDog 150 uses a 3000 r.p.m. motor and has a flow rate of 150 gallons per hour. Also, depending on the vehicle, installation will differ as well. Dodge trucks that have in-tank fuel pump will require you to drop the tank and install a suction tube.

What is the difference between the AirDog and AirDog II 4G?

With the AirDog II 4G, aside from having the adjustable regulator, the pump and base assembly are designed differently internally. The pump assembly has a Dual Inlet design allowing more fuel to flow into the Gerotor.  This allows the pump to increase volume without having to work any harder. The base on the AirDog II is also much different. Internally the fuel is redirected through passageways after being pressurized.  This allows less fuel to be returned to the tank and more fuel to be held in the filters for a true “On Demand” system. An intermediate shaft was also incorporated to completely separate the electric motor from fuel path, along with an additional two bearings to reduce drag and increase reliability and lifespan of the AirDog II 4G.

Can I place an order over the phone?

We encourage our customers to place orders through our website for a couple of reasons: 1. It protects you as a customer against fraud and ensures the order goes through our secure checkout procedure, and 2. It also helps with order accuracy.  However, you can place an order through one of our team members. Just note that this will not speed up any orders.

How do I check if an item is in stock?

If an item is available to order online then this means the item is in stock. The website will clearly display the status of the stock. However, from time to time and particularly with some of our more popular items, due to the high rate of sales both in store and online, there may be some discrepancies. We will try to inform you as soon as possible, via email, if a product is out of stock. If you do wish to know in advance if a product is in stock, please do not hesitate to contact us via email or live chat.

When I need to replace the filter, do I have to use AirDog filters?

Although we highly recommend you use the AirDog filters, you do not have to. You can cross the AirDog filter over to the following filters:

I swapped the engine in my Ford with a Cummins engine...what kit do I need?

Any time you have or are building a custom vehicle, you may need to come up with random miscellaneous parts.  When choosing a kit for a custom build you will need to purchase the kit that fits the engine and not the truck.  However you may still need to perform necessary modifications to ensure a good fit.

Do you price match?

All AirDog products have a MAP (minimum advertised price) pricing policy.  This means retailers cannot sell those products for lower than the MAP price.  If you do find an AirDog product for less, the lifetime warranty that comes with that product will be voided. AirDog products rarely go on sale, but when they do we will be sure to provide our customers with the lowest sale price.

If I run my stock truck with an AirDog 150 or an AirDog II-4G will it hurt anything?

No, it will not hurt anything. With the original AirDog “High Flow Return,” all excessive fuel not being used by your truck will be returned to the tank. When running the AirDog II 4G the demand flow only allows the pump to send what fuel is needed to the injection pump, and all other fuel is recirculated internally in the base, returning it to the suction side of the pump.

Where is my order?

Most of our deliveries are sent via FedEx and we will send you an automated email with the tracking number of your order as soon as it is available. You can also find the tracking number on your order in My Account.

How can I make a complaint?

On the rare occasion we make a mistake, we are more than happy to take all customer feedback. We also want to have the opportunity to remedy the situation. Our number one goal is always customer satisfaction. You can always contact us with any concerns.

Is it possible to change the address, cancel, or otherwise change my order?

For any changes to your order, please contact us immediately after placing the order. We will attempt to stop or change your order. If it is not possible, we will advise you on the next steps.

Why am I missing an item in my delivery?

Some items may be in stock in different locations, so your order could come as 2 or more separate shipments, which means the packages could arrive at different times. However, they usually will only be separated by 1-2 business days.  Please contact us via Live Chat or email if you are concerned about your order status.

How can I get an update on my order status?

You can get an update on your order status by checking your order in your My Account section. You will need to sign into your account to access this area.

Can you confirm you have received my return?

We aim to process returns within 5-7 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete.
We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back. This will allow you to track your package at every stage of delivery, including when we receive it.

How long will it be before I get a refund?

Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once our returns department has done this, we can approve and issue a refund. Your refund is then processed by our accounting department back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5-7 working days. (If you paid by credit card however, it is up to your credit card company to then issue the refund back to your charge account, and this timing varies among credit card companies.) When returning your products please remember to include a copy of your original invoice or Return Authorization form.

What do I do if I have received a damaged item?

If your item is damaged you can either refuse delivery of that item or you can contact us as soon as possible, and a team member will give you instructions on returning or replacing your item. All AirDog Lift Pumps come with a Lifetime Warranty.

What do I do if my Lift Pump is not working or stopped working?

All AirDog Lift Pumps products are covered under a Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty.  You would have needed to fill out the warranty registration form when purchased to be eligible for a warranty claim.  If you have not registered your product or do not remember if you did, please contact PureFlow AirDog at  877-421-3187 or visit the warranty registration page here.

Who pays for return postage?

If you are returning an item for a refund because you have ordered the wrong  Lift Pump or decided you do not want the Lift Pump you purchased, we will refund the cost of the item only (minus any restocking fees) and not the original delivery cost. Should you be returning a faulty or damaged item for a refund, we will refund both the original shipping costs and the return delivery costs.
